Ingredients:

80g dry fettuccine pasta
100g asparagus spears, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
Meanwhile, in a separate pan over medium heat, add the asparagus pieces and garlic and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the asparagus is tender but still crisp.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it well and add it to the pan with the asparagus mixture. Add the oregano leaves, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste and stir everything together until combined.
