Ingredients:

60g cooked chicken breast, diced
30g basil pesto sauce
60g uncooked penne pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
Once boiling, add the penne pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast and cook for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the skillet with the chicken breast along with the basil pesto sauce and stir until combined. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
