Ingredients:

60g dry pasta of your choice
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons capers, drained and rinsed
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley leaves

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain the cooked pasta and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook for about 5 minutes or until golden brown on all sides.
Add the garlic, capers, oregano, salt and pepper to the skillet and cook for another minute or until fragrant.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until combined. Cook for another minute or two until heated through.
Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley leaves before serving. Enjoy!
