Ingredients:

50g spaghetti
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons of vegan cream cheese
2 tablespoons of vegan parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the spaghetti. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add the vegan cream cheese and parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the saucepan with the cheese mixture and stir to combine. Season with black pepper and sea salt to taste.
