Ingredients:

200 g spaghetti
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons vegan butter or olive oil
1/2 cup vegan cream cheese or plant
based milk
1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons vegan Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the spaghetti. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
