Ingredients:

200g jumbo pasta shells
250g ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups fresh spinach leaves, chopped finely
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the pasta shells and cook for 8 minutes or until al dente. Drain the shells and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, spinach leaves, nutmeg, salt and pepper until well combined.
Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture and place in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve warm.
