Ingredients:

1 chicken breast, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
½ cup white wine
½ cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until lightly browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened. Add the bell peppers and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Pour in the white wine and chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add the oregano, basil, salt and pepper to taste. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
