Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts (about 200g each)
2 eggs
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs. In another shallow bowl combine almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano and salt and pepper.
Dip chicken breasts into egg mixture then coat with almond flour mixture. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown on top.
Serve with your favorite side dish and enjoy!
