Ingredients:

250g strong white bread flour
7g fast action yeast
5g salt
150ml warm water
1 tablespoon olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, yeast and salt. Add the warm water and olive oil and mix until a dough forms. Knead for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark
Turn out the dough onto a lightly floured surface and shape into an oval shape about 15cm long. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and leave to prove for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Leave to cool on a wire rack before serving.
