Ingredients:

150g cooked white rice
50g cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
50g broccoli florets, chopped into small pieces
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari sauce (gluten
free)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add the shrimp and cook until they are just cooked through, about 3 minutes.
Add the broccoli florets and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the cooked white rice to the skillet and stir to combine all ingredients together. Cook for another 3 minutes or until everything is heated through.
Add the soy sauce or tamari sauce (gluten-free) and sesame oil to the skillet and stir to combine all ingredients together again. Cook for another minute or until everything is heated through again.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving hot!
