Ingredients:

200g noodles of your choice
200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
100g snow peas, trimmed and halved lengthwise
100g mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain the noodles and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until they are just cooked through, about 3 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
Add the snow peas and mushrooms to the pan and cook for 3 minutes until they are tender-crisp. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant. Return the shrimp to the pan along with the cooked noodles.
In a small bowl whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar until combined. Pour this mixture over the noodles in the pan and toss everything together until everything is evenly coated in sauce. Cook for 1 minute more until everything is heated through then remove from heat. Serve immediately.
