Ingredients:

200g pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated or minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar or honey
250g green beans, trimmed and cut into 2 cm pieces

Cooking Instructions:
