Ingredients:

200g chicken breast, diced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup cashew nuts

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the diced chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.

Add the cashew nuts and stir to combine.
Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
