Ingredients:

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup diced chicken breast
1/2 cup snow peas, trimmed and halved lengthwise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger root
2 cups cooked white rice (preferably day
old)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
