Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
1 tablespoon of honey or sugar
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder or 1 clove of minced garlic
½ teaspoon of ground ginger
¼ teaspoon of five
spice powder

Cooking Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey or sugar, sesame oil, garlic powder or minced garlic, ground ginger and five-spice powder.
Heat the mixture in a small saucepan over medium heat for about 5 minutes until it starts to bubble and thicken.
Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
