Ingredients:

200g beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
2 heads of bok choy, chopped into bite
sized pieces
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the beef slices to the skillet and cook until lightly browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the bok choy to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes until lightly wilted.
Return the beef to the skillet along with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until everything is heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
