Ingredients:

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup diced chicken breast
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup bean sprouts
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups cooked white rice
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the mushrooms and bean sprouts to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the cooked white rice to the skillet and stir to combine all of the ingredients together. Cook for 4-5 minutes until heated through.
Pour in the soy sauce and stir to combine everything together. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and combined together nicely.
