Ingredients:

200g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
150ml warm water

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and garlic powder.
Add the olive oil and warm water and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for a few minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until it is about 5mm thick.
Place the flatbread on a greased baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings or accompaniments!
