Ingredients:

120g pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
1 small zucchini, sliced into thin strips
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil for cooking

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork strips and cook until lightly browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Then add the zucchini and mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Return the pork to the skillet along with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is cooked through.
Serve immediately with steamed rice or noodles of your choice.
