Ingredients:

200g beef strips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup bean sprouts
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Cooking Instructions:
