Ingredients:

100g dried egg noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
150g boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional)
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
50g roasted cashews

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the egg noodles and cook for 5 minutes or until al dente. Drain the noodles and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook for 2 minutes or until fragrant.
Add the chicken cubes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet along with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, honey/sugar (if using), and black pepper. Stir everything together until combined. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until heated through.
Add the roasted cashews to the skillet and stir everything together until combined. Cook for an additional minute or two before removing from heat. Serve immediately!
