Ingredients:

1 large avocado
2 tablespoons of all
purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for frying

Cooking Instructions:

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Slice each half into thin slices.
In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Dip each slice of avocado into the flour mixture and coat evenly on both sides.
Place the coated slices into the hot oil and fry for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from heat and place onto a paper towel lined plate to absorb any excess oil. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or as a side dish!
