Ingredients:

2 eggs
2 tablespoons of milk or cream
2 tablespoons of grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives or basil)
1 tablespoon of olive oil or butter for cooking
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:
