Ingredients:

100g of peanut butter
50g of hazelnuts, chopped
50g of light brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark
In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, hazelnuts, light brown sugar, egg, baking powder and vanilla extract until combined.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spoon tablespoon-sized amounts of the mixture onto the tray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool before serving.
