Ingredients:

200g firm tofu, cubed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
150g bean sprouts
100g mushrooms, sliced

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Add the garlic and ginger to the wok and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Add the soy sauce, sugar and white pepper powder to the wok and stir to combine.
Add the bean sprouts and mushrooms to the wok and stir-fry for 5 minutes until cooked through.
Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
