Ingredients:

1 large egg
2 tablespoons of grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 teaspoon of fresh herbs (parsley, chives or basil)
1 English muffin, split in half and toasted
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:
