Ingredients:

120g chicken breast, cut into strips
2 tablespoons all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Cooking Instructions:

In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
Dip the chicken strips into the flour mixture and coat evenly.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Flip the chicken strips halfway through cooking time to ensure even cooking on both sides.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and place on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with 1 tablespoon of olive oil or vegetable oil and mix until combined.
Dip each cooked chicken strip into the breadcrumb mixture and coat evenly on both sides. Place back onto the skillet over medium-high heat and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Flip halfway through cooking time to ensure even cooking on both sides.
