Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 cup broccoli florets
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a small baking dish with olive oil.
Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
