Ingredients:

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 120g)
2 tablespoons of all
purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon of dried basil leaves
2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the chicken breast on a cutting board and cut it into thin slices.
In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and basil.
Dip each slice of chicken into the flour mixture and coat it evenly on both sides.
Place the coated chicken slices onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top of each slice and then spread the tomato sauce over them as well.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
