Ingredients:

2 large eggs
2 tablespoons of shredded cheese of your choice
1/4 cup of diced bell peppers (red or green)
1/4 cup of diced onion
1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons of salsa or hot sauce (optional)
