Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup (or a sugar
free alternative)
1 egg white
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of all
purpose flour
1/4 cup of M&Ms (or a sugar
free alternative)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey or agave syrup, egg white, baking soda and salt until combined.
Add in the flour and mix until combined. Fold in the M&Ms.
Scoop out tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie. Flatten each ball slightly with your fingers or a fork.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden brown on the edges. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
