Ingredients:

1 sausage patty
1 large egg
2 slices of cheese (your choice)
2 slices of bread (your choice)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage patty to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Once cooked through, remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the egg and cook for about 3 minutes until it is cooked through. Flip once halfway through cooking time.
Assemble the sandwich by layering one slice of bread with one slice of cheese, then adding the cooked sausage patty and egg on top of that. Top with another slice of cheese and remaining slice of bread.
Heat a separate skillet over medium heat and add the assembled sandwich to it. Cook for about 2 minutes per side until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted.
Serve warm with salt and pepper to taste!
