Ingredients:

200g whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
120ml warm water

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the olive oil and warm water and mix until it forms a dough.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into two equal pieces and roll each piece out into a flat circle about 1/4 inch thick.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook each flatbread for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
