Ingredients:

500g potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons cream cheese
2 tablespoons milk or cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 85°C (185°F).
Place the potato cubes in a vacuum seal bag and seal it.
Place the sealed bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Remove the bag from the water bath and carefully open it.
Transfer the cooked potatoes to a bowl and mash them with a potato masher or fork until they reach your desired consistency.
Add butter, cream cheese, milk or cream, salt, and pepper to taste and mix until everything is well combined.
