Ingredients:

100g plain flour
50g butter, melted
2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons of chopped dried plums (or other dried fruit)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking sheet with butter or oil.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Add the melted butter and honey (or maple syrup) and mix until combined.
Stir in the chopped dried plums until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with your fingers or a fork.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown on top and cooked through in the center. Allow to cool before serving.
