Ingredients:

2 medium sweet potatoes (peeled and diced)
2 slices of ham (diced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
