Ingredients:

200g beef steak
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
Place the steak in a shallow dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it. Make sure that all sides of the steak are evenly coated with the marinade.
Seal the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least two hours or overnight to allow the flavors to develop.
Preheat your sous vide water bath to 54°C (130°F).
Place the steak in a vacuum-sealed bag or use a zip-top bag with as much air removed as possible before sealing it shut.
Place the sealed bag into your preheated water bath and cook for 1 hour 30 minutes for medium-rare or 2 hours for medium doneness.
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain and serving immediately with your favorite sides!
