Ingredients:

2 cloves of garlic, peeled and trimmed
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 185°F (85°C).
Place the garlic cloves in a small heatproof bag and add the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Seal the bag using the water displacement method or a vacuum sealer.
Place the bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Remove the bag from the water bath and let it cool slightly before opening it carefully.
