Ingredients:

1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup shredded carrots
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
4 spring roll wrappers

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Place one spring roll wrapper on a flat surface and spoon about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto the center of the wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly to form a cylinder shape. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
Carefully place the spring rolls into the hot oil and fry for about 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on all sides. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or as is! Enjoy!
