Ingredients:

2 large eggs
2 tablespoons of milk or cream
1 tablespoon of butter or oil
1/4 cup of diced ham
1/4 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1/4 cup of diced bell peppers (red or green)
1/4 cup of diced onion
2 tablespoons of salsa

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl whisk together the eggs and milk until combined.
Heat the butter or oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the egg mixture to the skillet and cook until scrambled.
Add the ham to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
Add the cheese, bell peppers and onion to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until everything is cooked through.
