Ingredients:

100g all
purpose flour
50g butter, softened
25g granulated sugar substitute (such as Splenda)
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
100g fresh gooseberries, chopped into small pieces

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking sheet with butter or cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar substitute until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg yolk until combined.
