Ingredients:

200g dried egg noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
100g shrimp, peeled and deveined
100g bok choy, chopped into bite
sized pieces
50g mushrooms, sliced thinly
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the noodles and cook for 5 minutes or until al dente. Drain the noodles and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes or until they are cooked through.
Add the bok choy and mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes or until they are tender.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet along with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together until combined and heated through. Serve immediately.
