Ingredients:

100g of plain flour
50g of butter, softened
2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (or other sugar free alternative)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (optional)
50g of fresh blueberries

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking sheet with butter or oil.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon (if using).
In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and honey until light and fluffy.
