Ingredients:

200g lean beef, thinly sliced
1 large carrot, julienned
100g snow peas, trimmed and halved lengthwise
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil for cooking

Cooking Instructions:

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch and garlic. Mix until well combined.
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef slices and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the carrots and snow peas to the wok and cook for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Pour in the soy sauce mixture and stir to combine everything together. Cook for another minute or two until everything is heated through.
Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles of your choice. Enjoy!
