Ingredients:

200g firm tofu, cubed
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of sugar or honey (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the sesame oil. Once the oil is hot, add the cubed tofu and cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
Add the garlic and broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
Add the soy sauce and sugar or honey (if using) to the skillet and stir everything together until combined. Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
