Ingredients:

200g tomato puree
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard seed
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the tomato puree, white vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard seed, allspice and cloves. Stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the mixture has thickened. Stir occasionally.
Remove from heat and let cool before transferring to an airtight container and storing in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
