Ingredients:

60g of rolled oats
30g of peanut butter
25g of light brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, light brown sugar, egg yolk, vanilla extract and salt until combined.
Using your hands or a spoon, form the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with your fingers or the back of a spoon.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
