Ingredients:

30g butter, melted
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons raisins (optional)
30g all
purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons milk or water

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish with butter.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon until combined. Stir in the raisins if using.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and baking powder. Add the milk or water and stir until combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. The dough should be slightly sticky but not too wet or dry.
Place the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll out into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Spread the butter mixture over the top of the dough evenly with your hands or a spoon.
Starting at one end of the rectangle, roll up tightly into a log shape and pinch together at both ends to seal it shut. Cut into 1 inch slices and place them cut side up in your prepared baking dish.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top and cooked through in the center when tested with a toothpick or knife tip inserted into one of them rolls . Allow to cool before serving warm or at room temperature with your favorite topping such as cream cheese frosting or icing sugar glaze . Enjoy!
