Ingredients:

60g cooked chicken breast, diced
30g mushrooms, sliced
30g butter
30ml heavy cream
15ml white wine (optional)
15g Parmesan cheese, grated
5ml garlic powder
2.5ml onion powder
2.5ml dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms are lightly browned. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another minute or two until fragrant.
Add the white wine (if using) and cook until it has reduced by half. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese and stir until combined. Simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.
In an oven-safe dish or casserole dish, layer the cooked chicken breast on the bottom followed by the mushroom mixture on top of it evenly spread out across the dish. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top and bubbly around edges of dish. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes!
