Ingredients:

2 eggs
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
1/2 cup of all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Pinch of salt

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking sheet with butter or cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the melted butter and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix until just combined.
Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart from each other.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on top and lightly browned on the bottom.
